New Works
For Lack of Lythium, an outstanding band and personal friends of mine have a new show coming up after months of hard work in the studio. I am honored, as always, when they ask me to do the poster for them :)
Sketch 1 of many more to come. This will be a collage of skeletal structure, portraiture, and zen doodles when finally complete.
This Alice will become part of a lower arm sleeve tattoo with a skeleton mad hatter, a steam-punk caterpillar and other nefarious versions of the Wonderland characters.
This is where you will find current pieces either in progress, or newly finished. They may be sketches, paintings, print pieces, or imagery from my next digital project. All here will be open to comments, posting, critique, and perhaps purchase. Client projects will not be placed here without express permission from the client. So please, feel free to browse and share! Visit me on Facebook!
Quick sketch for another tattoo. This one for a rib piece. The quote, when finished, will read "God could've made us robots. But him didn't. He made us hu-mans, and FAMILY." A quote from my very astute son. He was 3 at the time.
The pic is fuzzy, but it is a collage of vintage ad and clothing illustrations from the 40's, 50's, and 60's. It will have a painting over top. So this is just the background. The final result will be a vintage inspired piece with typography, and illustration.
